Data Handling
- • Client data is stored in isolated, access-controlled records — LabComplyx staff access is limited to what's needed to deliver your engagement.
- • A HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is in development; if your engagement involves PHI, ask your point of contact for current status before sharing PHI.
- • Uploaded documents and generated drafts are retained as part of your project's audit trail; deletion requests can be made through your account contact.
Human-Reviewed, AI-Assisted
AI drafts documentation and flags gaps — it does not make final compliance decisions. Every AI-assisted output is labeled as a draft requiring human review before use, and reviewer sign-off is logged as part of the record.
